Portuguese chef Joaquim Sousa is known for his incredible and highly detailed desserts, but his latest creation has everyone talking. His “Dessert Du Jour” looks like a chocolate ball at first, but once the hot cream is poured – it blooms like a flower! He currently works at Ipsylon restaurant located in ‘Hotel The Oitavos’ in Lisabon.
