Talented architect Christoph Kaiser turned an old 1950’s Kansas silo into a beautiful, modern home for him and his family. Most people would probably think he’s pretty crazy for moving an old silo to a lot in Phoenix to live in, but not Kaiser. Once you see what he did to it… you’ll be wishing you could live here.
The silo was purchased from a farm in Kansas and moved to Phoenix
The inside isn’t that big, but it’s all about how you use the space
The completed outside
Now for the landscape
The top of the silo has been converted into a skylight
Now look at that door!
Now lets step inside…
See I told you… looks quite spacious
Lofted bedroom
The entire space is only 340 square feet… but it doesn’t seem like it
The wood in the house comes from scrap plank wood
I would live here in a heartbeat
Pretty sweet huh?! Could you see yourself living here? Let us know below, and don’t forget to give these a share on Facebook before you go. (Photo Credits: Mark Lipczynski) (via Christoph Kaiser)
