There’s Something Oddly Satisfying About Watching A Magnet Fall Through A Copper Tube

We’ve seen magnets crush phones and countless other things, but we’ve never seen a magnet hover the way this one does. Physics is beyond incredibly awesome and can explain the phenomena we see every day all around us with its many laws. This particular science demo is explained by Heinrich Emil Lenz’s Law.



This Law explains what happens to a current when induced in a conductor; the magnetic field is generated which opposes the action that produces the current. Go ahead and check out the law in action below.
