No One Knows Where This Waterfall Goes, And Researchers Still Can’t Explain It

It’s called the Devil’s Kettle and sits in the easternmost tip of Minnesota, near Lake Superior where Canada and the United States mesh.

While waterfalls are no doubt beautiful to see, this one has an element of mystery to it because this particular waterfalls end is yet to be discovered.

Despite attempts by scientists and visitors to locate the path of this waterfall, they’ve come up short and remain perplexed by the mysterious path of the water.

Speculation has been made that perhaps some sort of fault line, a underground cave, or a lava tube has found its way underground beneath Lake Superior.

Researchers have poured dye, ping-pong balls, even logs into it, then watched the lake for any sign of them. So far, none have ever been found.

Somewhere in the earth there’s a beautiful, untouched, undiscovered, magical hot spring. And it’s just filled with ping pong balls and logs. LOL!
