Painting With Flowing Ink Is One Of The Coolest Things You’ll Ever See

Artist and Entertainer, Mary Doodles, creates hypnotizing time-lapsed paintings that will leave you with your jaw on the floor.

Mary creates her art using a variety of different tools and paints such as… watercolors, liquid india ink, Copic markers and sometimes, yes… coffee.

However there’s one in particular technique she uses that will absolutely blow your mind, and it involves ink and water.

According to Mary, here’s how the paintings below are created, “There’s a water layer that I paint in the shape first. The ink bleeds wherever the water is and takes on the shape. I edited out the painting of the water part because I’m a sneaky liar and I think the timing works better without it.”

The time varies on how long each one takes to complete, but it’s about 20 minutes (not including drying time). Check them out below!
