This Guy Built A Self-Feeding Fire That Incredibly Burns For Over 14 Hours

There’s nothing better than chilling out next to the warm glow of a campfire.

While it’s not really that difficult to make a fire… it can be tedious maintaining a constant burn over the course of a few hours.

Which brings us to this awesome little outdoor hack. Bob Hansler has built a cool self feeding log holder that will keep a campfire going all night.

Approximately 14 hours plus. Check it out in the video below.

If the v-shape is too wide it won’t load the next log properly, and if it’s too straight up and down all the logs will ignite

Two sticks are placed at the bottom for oxygen flow

oxygen comes out from the sides and through the top only. While a clay barrier behind the logs keeps air flow from getting in

Now if you thought that was cool… Check out how to make a stove from a single log (Here).

Make sure to give this a share on Facebook before you leave. (h/t The Good Survivalist)
