This Alien-Like Glow In The Dark Table Is One Of The Coolest DIY Projects Ever

Everyone loves some good DIY home projects, especially one that yields some spectacular results and makes you feel as though you accomplished something pretty awesome.

Mike Warren is a professional DIY-er as well a columnist for Dollar Store Crafts and he is sharing his ingenuity in this YouTube Video.

Mike shows us how to create an awesome “photoluminescent” glow-in-the-dark table that will definitely impressive everyone who sees it. And yup, after seeing it, I definitely want one.

Start with a piece of Pecky cypress wood with natural indentations

Join the boards using glue and clamps…. 24 hours

Dig out fungus rot

Mask the bottom of the table before you pour the resin… this will keep it from leaking

Add scrape sticks around the edges

Resin and glow powder

Pour a mixture of resin and photoluminescent powder along the groves
