Here’s What It’s Like To Descend Down The World’s Tallest Water Slide

This is the Verrückt at Schlitterbahn Waterpark in Kansas City, Kansas, where people can pretty much plummet straight down a 168- foot 7-inch tall slide. It’s the world’s tallest water slide and will even blast you over a second “mini” 50 foot slide.

It opened up in Spring 2014 kicking Brazil’s Insano to second place which measures in at 134. 5 ft high allowing riders to reach speeds of 62.5 mph. We’re guessing the Verrückt goes even faster than 62.5 mph

Here’s the test footage with a sandbag

And here’s the first launch

The Verrückt opened last year… make sure to mark this off to visit this summer! It’s insane! Don’t forget to share this with your friends on Facebook before you go. For more interesting stories, subscribe to our e-mail list. (h/t Sploid)
