What Happens When An Architectural Designer Tries Baking Desserts

What better way to use your expertise as an architect than to apply those valued skills to baking, yes, baking.

Apparently, incredible things happen when architects bake pastries approaching it as if they were buildings.

Ukranian pastry chef,  Dinara Kasko, is behind these scrumptious treats where she has combined baking with geometrical figures making them the ultimate edible structures.

Before Kasko got into baking, she worked as an architect-designer after studying architecture in college.

“I have many unrealized ideas and a great desire to experiment. I don’t want to imitate others; I want to create something new,” Kasko told So Good Magazine.
