Desserts can be bad all by themselves, but what makes dessert even better is when Matteo Stucchi, an Italian pastry chef from Monza, Italy, converts them into edible, miniature worlds.
“A dessert’s looks is just as important as its taste,” said Matteo and he’s right. Some of the miniature dessert worlds include turning baked brownies into mining sites, cake pops into Ferris wheels and twinkies into construction sites. His creativity is boundless.
Stuchhi’s hard work and attention to detail have not gone unnoticed. Stuchhi has already racked up 38,000 followers on Instagram.
